First Time Home Buyers can get $10,000 Tax Credit under following circumstances:

1/  Buying newly built homes.

2/  The $10,000 refundable income tax credit is from BC Government to support new-home construction sector.

3/  Limited time from Feb 21, 12 to Mar 31, 13.
